In short

A virtual card for SaaS and cloud is a Visa, Mastercard or American Express card kept for software, hosting and cloud bills. With GetVCC you buy it from a balance funded with crypto, add it to each vendor's billing settings and keep one card per vendor, so every invoice is easy to match.

How cloud and SaaS vendors bill a card

Software plans charge a fixed amount every month or year. Cloud providers bill for what you used in the previous month, so the amount changes from invoice to invoice. Both charge the card on file automatically, and an unpaid invoice can suspend the account.

One card per vendor

A separate card for each vendor makes reconciliation simple: every charge on a card belongs to one vendor. When you stop using a service, you stop using its card.

Choosing a card

USA-issued Visa and Mastercard cards and American Express cards are widely accepted by cloud and software vendors. Each card in the catalog shows its network, country and, for many cards, its BIN before you buy.

Adding the card

Open the vendor's billing or payment settings, add a card and enter the number, expiry date, CVV and billing details from My cards. Some vendors place a small verification charge first, which is usually refunded.
