In short
Yes. TikTok Ads Manager accepts credit and debit cards for self-serve ad accounts, with the exact options set by the account's billing country, currency and billing option. With manual payment you add funds before your ads run; with automatic payment, TikTok charges the card when you reach the billing threshold or the bill date, whichever comes first. GetVCC sells USA Visa and Mastercard cards, many with the BIN shown before you buy, paid for from a balance funded with crypto. TikTok decides which cards it accepts.

How TikTok bills a card
TikTok Ads Manager has three billing options. With manual payment you add money to the ad account's balance first and your ads run against it, stopping when the balance runs out. With automatic payment, TikTok charges the payment method on file when spend reaches the account's billing threshold or on the bill date, whichever comes first, and a primary payment method must always be on file. Monthly invoicing is a credit line for eligible businesses, paid against a monthly invoice.
Choose the billing option with care
The choice is hard to undo. An account on manual payment can move to automatic payment or monthly invoicing, but once it is on automatic payment it can never go back to manual, and an account on monthly invoicing cannot switch to either.
Manual payment suits a virtual card well, because the card is charged only when you add funds and you decide the amount. Automatic payment needs the card ready for every threshold charge, whenever it lands.
Adding the card in Ads Manager
In TikTok Ads Manager, open the billing settings and choose to add a payment method. Pick credit or debit card and enter the number, expiry date and CVV from My cards, with the cardholder name and billing address exactly as shown there. With several cards on file, make the one you want to pay with the primary payment method. On manual payment you use the card when you add funds to the balance.
The payment methods you see depend on the account's billing country or region, its billing option and its currency.
Currency, region and the card you choose
An ad account's currency, time zone and region cannot be edited in Ads Manager once the account is created, so set the currency with the card you plan to use in mind.
For an account billed in US dollars, start with a USA Visa or Mastercard and check its BIN in the catalog. For an account in a local currency, a card issued in the same country, such as the Brazilian Reloadable Visa or the Turkish Premium Mastercard, can be the closer match.
Why TikTok payments fail
Most failed payments come down to a few causes: an expired card or a mistake in the card details, a cardholder name or billing address that does not match the card, a 3-D Secure check that did not finish, a card issuer that refused that kind of payment, or too little available on the card.
A VPN or pop-up blocker can stop the 3-D Secure page from loading, so turn them off before you try again. My cards shows each card's details, not one-time codes, so if a payment asks for a code you cannot complete, use a different card. On automatic payment, a failed charge can stop your campaigns until the payment goes through.
One card per ad account
Give each ad account its own card, so a failed charge or a review on one account leaves the others running and spend is easy to match to each account. On automatic payment, keep a second card on file, because TikTok needs a valid primary payment method at all times. Agencies usually keep one card per client. A card from a restricted ad account should never be moved to a new one.
Verification and responsible use
TikTok may ask advertisers to verify their business, and the details you enter must match the documents you provide. GetVCC may also ask for an identity check before you buy a card.
GetVCC cards are for paying your own legitimate ad spend, never a way around a rejected ad, a restricted account or a verification step. TikTok decides which cards it accepts, so no card provider can guarantee acceptance.
