Yes. GetVCC sells its Egyptian cards online, so you don't need to live in Egypt or hold a bank account there: you pay from your GetVCC balance, topped up with Bitcoin, USDT, TRX or SOL. Identity verification may be asked for before you buy.

You don't apply for credit or get a credit line. You buy the card once from your balance and use it for online payments wherever its network (Maestro) is accepted. Each card's page shows its network and BIN.
